A user scenario works hand in hand with a user persona. It’s the story your persona will act out. It helps designers visualise the way in which users will interact with their interactive to reach a specific goal. They are used as a step by step reference, showcasing what individuals look for when using said interactive. Every good design begins with the understanding of who will use the interactive. When creating a user scenario, it’s important to cover the who, what, when, where, why and how of the usage. This is why user personas play a significant role in the determination of the success of user scenarios. Personas guide the design and allow for the designer to identify similar patterns in behaviour, concerns and goals.
